On the international motor show in New York company Honda has presented the most sports roadster permitted for operation on roads of the general using it would be not a shame to them to seem and on a racing track. Sales high-speed and extremely “easy” S2000 CR (Club Racer) in the USA start this autumn. The car actuates 4-cylinder engine DOHC in volume of 2.2 l and power 237 l.s./7800 rpm at the twisting moment 219 Нм/6800 rpm. The motor is aggregated with six-step mechanical transmission with a short course of a gear change. S2000 CR the electroamplifier of a steering and differential of the limited sliding has a type suspension “double-wishbone” on a forward and back axis. On this version standart the aluminium top has replaced a roof made of cloth usual S2000. According to Honda, the car lump in comparison with S2000 is lowered on 40 kg. S2000 CR has received a full aerodynamic package with big enough in the sizes forward and back spoilers. There is a roadster on splints Bridgestone Potenza RE070 (on a back axis big diameter), is equipped by more rigid springs and shock-absorbers, and also new wheel disks. The price on S2000 CR Prototype is not declared yet.
