On tests the prototype of the new car of mark Lincoln, shown in a conceptual kind on the Detroit autoshow of 2006 “was lighted”. Lincoln MKS Concept debuted at an exhibition in Detroit in January of last year. Then it became known, that the car in slightly changed kind will go to a series and will appear in the American market as model 2009. New sedan MKS will come in the stead Town Car in modelling number Lincoln.

Lincoln MKS will equip with the V-shaped engine on six cylinders and six-step transmission. According to all available information, the drive at car will be on a forward axis, instead of on all wheels as it was informed earlier.
